With so many NFL Cap, new League Year questions, I will do some kind of event to help you through it. One tidbit: whatever the stated Cap amount is - $180M, $182M, $185M - every team will have a different Cap due to Cap carryover from 2020. For example, Colts will have $30M more.

Jeffery was kept on the roster in 2020 to avoid a $20M plus Cap charge. Regrettable contract decision. https://t.co/LwlU9FWSyF

Amused by the fantasy football trades if the Texans were to trade DeShaun Watson (which I maintain they won’t). To play along, here’s my list of teams and potential trade compensation for similar value: Kansas City: Patrick Mahomes.

"I think [Aaron Rodgers] brings something obviously on the field, but I think off the field, that I'm not sure we appreciate enough. Sure's he's cocky and confident and all that, but there's a thoughtfulness to Aaron that we don't see in athletes." -- @AndrewBrandt https://t.co/hx1F9pPUBf

@AndrewBrandt It's really a sad lesson for every HR professional out there. If you think "oh, no, never this one" it can. Plan accordingly. (Side note to people who hate HR: we want to believe you are the exception. We do! But...see Exhibit A. In most companies, someone's fired).

They would not have traded him if not for the relationships. It wasn't just he played bad, this was personal. They didn't want him to be on the team because he didn't want to be on the team - @AndrewBrandt

There is no player in the history of the Eagles organization or any player in the NFL. Draft picks, dead cap, trading Foles, giving the keys to the organization. You have to be invested in the relationship & be beholden to that player - @AndrewBrandt
