I think this finding is a big deal. 55% of all work is done in teams and our mental model of team performance is all wrong. Like comedy, so much of startup success is about timing. To illustrate, these were the biggest internet failures of the 1990s: Delivery, online groceries, online pet supplies, social networking. Within a decade or so, every one of these things led to billion dollar+ startups!

Air conditioning is a vital educational tool. Students do worse when its hot. Over 13 years in NYC alone, "upwards of 510,000 exams that otherwise would have passed likely received failing grades due to hot exam conditions," and these failures delayed or stopped 90k graduations!
