On September 18th, Ruth Bader Ginsburg died at the age of 87. RBG was a fighter all her life. She fought for peace, justice and equality. She pushed her nation & the world using her intellect & the positions she held to improve the lives of women and marginalized people. #onpoli https://t.co/iZqwdZ8ghC

Michelle Delany has worked from the ground up to help establish an edible oasis in the city. The Thorncliffe Park Community Garden increases access to fresh food, helps reduce food expenses and improves food security for those who need it in Thorncliffe Park. #onpoli https://t.co/aaYkTgmh4i

New reporting from the Toronto Star has confirmed our worst fears: scientists and doctors asked the government for funding to expand testing capacity, but were turned down. It didn’t have to be this bad, but Ford didn’t plan ahead. #onpoli https://t.co/QkLSJLg0AJ

Why is @fordnation govt not doing all it can to mitigate the risk of school starting?? How have they persuaded themselves that they are being responsible? #SafeSeptemberON Nobody wants schools to drive COVID outbreaks. Why rush to reopen? https://t.co/mY6V1CBHfu via @torontostar

Hi Ivana, Actually, between 2003-2018, the previous @OntLiberal govt built 14,560 new LTC beds & redeveloped an additional 15,712. This is confirmed by the MLTC. In 2018, we also allocated funding for an additional 5000 new LTC beds. To date, your govt has yet to build them. https://t.co/87Ii1UaAqj

The modelling data shared by ON today highlights a basic conundrum re: gov't measures to limit the pandemic's spread. On the one hand, models tell us that lives - many lives - would be saved by decreeing lockdowns, fewer declared essential services, etc. #Covid_19 #cdnpoli
