"Between the end of mandatory minicamp & training camp if they want to do this of 'If I get hurt they're not going to have my back even though I'm trying to get better & make the team better..'
Then now I've been disincentivized to train" ~ @JCTretter#PatMcAfeeShowLIVEhttps://t.co/afVZkaC4r6
I got a call after the 2007 draft from the Seahawks. It wasn’t to sign as an UDFA, it was an invite to mini camp. It was an OPPORTUNITY. I was sent home 3 days later...
In 2012 w/ the Colts, I played in my first NFL game.
2021 still trying to get it.
It’s not where you start
A lot of mention of guys drafted in the later rounds being able to make the team based on special teams contributions. Holla at your boy if you want an advantage entering camp! #NFLDrafthttps://t.co/DDSCtCXD2c
Let’s be clear there’s drafted, undrafted, then “tryout”. I got a call to 🗣TRYOUT and God turned it into a 7 yr and counting career. Trust YOUR process. So many ways to etch your way into the league, don’t let the draft discourage you. REAL DOGS will always find a way to eat.
