Every day we have a choice between ‘fear & scarcity’ vs. ‘optimism & abundance’. Between going extinct, and evolving.

In my opinion, human beings are net good.

If you believe AI is bad, you believe humanity is bad. AI reflects humanity.

Data is useless if you fail to understand what it really means. I've spent my life drawing my own conclusions and have benefited from them as a result.

We often say, "this time is different," but this time really IS different. The world is about to change forever.

Your mindset affects your heath.

Some cultures have, by default, created environments that promote longevity (blue zones). We don't have many blue zones in the states ... yet.

Abundance for all is within our grasp. Reach for it.

Technology is a force that converts scarcity into abundance, over and over again.

Scarcity Mindset: In a world of scarcity, there’s a limited pie. If your neighbor gets a slice, then you get a thinner slice. This is a world of limited resources and zero-sum competition.

For me, a world of abundance isn’t about creating a world of luxury for everyone. It’s about creating a world of possibility.

Despite countless headlines on backsliding democracies and increasing authoritarianism, the world remains predominantly democratic: a fact unthinkable in the early 1800s, when the number of liberal democracies was zero.
