Taken a lot of time out lately to try focus on family and own health to get through this crazy period. Sorry if I’ve not been completely reachable to all.

Those who think you can only catch covid once.... twice I’ve now had it and it really does impact. After affects is that I constantly feel tired and unable to focus.

This whole lock down or no lock down is proper giving me anxiety. It’s impossible to plan, make one set of plans and the next day they are thrown ripped up. It would affect my businesses I’m at the point I’d prefer them to just get on with it so that we know where we stand.

What books are you currently reading and/or recommend?

It’s crazy to think that because of #covid I’ve not seen my mum and family for 8 months now.

I’m finding myself switching off most apps notifications that are media related as I think that adds to the covid anxiety

Is anyone else finding covid is making their mental health more and more worse? I’m finding that I’ve becoming increasingly highly strung with a feeling of being trapped, because their is so many unknowns and rules changing constantly. Literally not knowing which way to turn.
